Booking Policies Cancellation & Rescheduling In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to all guests, a 48- hour advanced notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. ⭐️Rescheduling or canceling appointments - needing to reschedule even 72 hours before your appointment, and it happens often, I will require a deposit to book appointments for future visits. -with less than 48-hour notice will automatically be charged 20% of scheduled appointment. -with less than 24-hour notice will automatically be charged 30% of the scheduled appointment. NO SHOWS OR DAY OF- 50% of service booked will be automatically charged. I know things come up and I will do my best to accommodate you. **if cancellation fee is ran and declines you must contact me to pay to get back on my book. ⭐️Premium Price Did you forget to book and need in last minute? Any bookings outside of my normal business hours will include a surcharge. ⭐️Late Arrivals Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without pricing adjustment. Client's arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and cancellation fees will apply. ⭐️Adjustments I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut and color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue at not additional charge. *complete color change does not apply. ⭐️Retail Exchanges Should you make a retail purchase you are unsatisfied with, let's find something better for you! Exchanges at full credit are accepted as long as you notify me within 7 days of your initial purchase. *credits do not apply to services.

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. 30% fee for under 24 hours. 50% fee for no shows or day.
